Susan R. Gross is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Florida, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
Susan R. Gross is a graduate of Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York (B.A. 1985) and Suffolk University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts (J.D. 1989).
She regularly sits as an arbitrator at the Court of Common Please Arbitration Center. Currently, she is volunteering with Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity (PLSE), helping low income Philadelphia residents apply for Pardons due to their criminal records holding them back from achieving their social and career potentials. Previously, she volunteered with the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Clean Slate Law receiving client referrals and screen their court records to determine if their offense could be “Clean Slated”. She also volunteered with Pa Senior Law providing legal information, advice and/or referrals as well as brief services for certain areas of law including housing and consumer problems to older Pennsylvanians (60 years and older) in the Commonwealth. She has also sat as a mediator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Landlord Tenant Appellate Mediation Program.
When not working Susan has volunteered at Jewish Federation of Philadelphia Mitzvah Pantry helping visitors choose foods they like from the inventory of donated foods. Additionally, in her free time Susan likes to spend it with her family and enjoys cycling.
