Warren Rubin

Warren Rubin graduated from the Pennsylvania State University (B.S. 1965) and the Temple University School of Law (J.D. 1971). From 1966-68, Mr. Rubin was an Officer in the U.S. Army. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Morgan Davis, Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1971-1973).

Mr. Rubin has specialized in antitrust, securities and complex litigation and has lectured and spoken on the subject before various professional, business and legislative bodies. Mr. Rubin was also an Associate Editor, Yearbook of Franchise Law Review Articles, published by Federal Publications, Washington, D.C.

Furthermore, Mr. Rubin has been appointed as a member of various executive committees in other complex cases by Courts throughout the country.
